I offer support, empathy, encouragement and accountability as needed.
In addition I offer regular resources such as workouts to try out, articles to read, and mindfulness exercises to practice.
This is the perfect option for anyone who needs a little encouragement, but doesn't need someone to cheer them on during exercise.
MINDFULNESS BASED FITNESS TRAINING
I work with you one on one to set and achieve your fitness goals.
We start and end each session with stillness. We exercise together assuring good form and working to prevent injury.
In addition you will receive additional exercises to do in build on and extend our 1-1 sessions.
This is ideal for someone who needs encouragement while exercising and likes to exercise with a knowledgeable partner.

I offer both coaching and training at a discounted rate to small groups.
In group practice we come together to help support and encourage each other to reach our highest potential.
By relying on each other for motivation and inspiration we find that we can go further than we thought.
Groups can build to a shared goal, like running a 5k or they can come together to share in the joy and struggle of deep transformation
