I'm so glad you clicked through to my site and I just wanted to give you a quick introduction about how to use the site and let you know about some other opportunities to learn more about what I do and how to learn more about mindful eating. 

 

There are 3 Easy ways to connect with me and learn more about my blog and mindful eating

If you are new to the site one easy way to keep in touch is to subscribe to my mailing list. 2 -3 times a week you will recieve a link to my new blog post.

 

I write about how to live a mindful in healthy life including posts on mindful eating, and mindful excercise.

2. Attend The Mindful Eating On The Go Class

If you would like to find out more about Mindful Eating I will be hosting a Free Mindful Eating Class on the weekend of July 28th at Peoples Co-Op in SE Portland

 

There are only 35 tickets avaliable and tickets will go fast so don't wait to sign up. If you aren't one of the first 35 people I will put you name on the waiting list. If interest is high enough I may add another day or move the event to a bigger space.

Gentoku McCree is a once and now reborn athlete and fitness practitioner. The name Gentoku is his Buddhist name given to him by his Teachers Chozen and Hogen Bays at Great Vow Zen Monastery, where he lived for over 2 years. In addition he is a cyclist, runner, and triathlete who has competed in races in the surronding area. His training is highly informed by his Buddhist training and his intention to carry the benefits of mindfulness and body practice into the world.
